BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that at the regular meeting of the Township of Morris Board of Adjustment held on Monday, March 23rd, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., in the Municipal Building, 50 Woodland Avenue, Township of Morris, the following action was taken:
BA-23-25, Shaun and Nicole Freeman, Block 9403, Lot 2, 15 Nichols Road, RA-25 zone, Section C. Adopted formal Resolution of Approval thereby memorializing the action taken by the Board at the March 5, 2026 meeting.
BA-24-25, Andrew and Kelly Gibbons, Block 6004, Lot 3, 9 Norwood Court, RA-25 zone, Section C. Application has been carried at the request of the applicant. Applicant will provide notice before appearing before the Board again.
BA-26-25, Josef Messer, Block 4501, Lot 4.01, 286 Mendham Road, OS-GU (R130) Single Family zone, Section C. A public hearing was held and closed. The applicant was granted a front yard setback variance and expansion of a non-conforming structure for the construction of a covered porch and a one-story addition. The Board attorney is authorized to prepare a resolution to be presented at the April 27, 2026 meeting.
BA-25-25, Knollwood Holding, LLC, Block 2906, Lot 11, 40 Knollwood Drive, RA-15 zone, Section C. A public hearing was held and carried to the April 27, 2026 Board meeting without further notice.
BA-27-25, Glenn David, Block 8901, Lot 5, 9 Westminster Place, RA-35 zone, Section C. A public hearing was held and closed. The applicant was granted variances for front, side, and combined side yard setbacks and expansion of a non-conforming structure to construct a second story addition, side garage addition, and a deck addition. The Board attorney is authorized to prepare a resolution to be presented at the April 27, 2026 meeting.
All maps and exhibits related to these matters and submitted as part of these applications are deemed to be public record and may be inspected in the office of the Board of Adjustment, Engineering Department located at 50 Woodland Avenue, Convent Station, NJ during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
